I'm new to tarot gaming, so I only knew a couple of things to look for in a good gaming Tarot deck, but I think I've found a style I like. This deck features reversible images for each of the court cards and the trumps, so that you don't have to turn your cards around while you are playing, which could lead to your opponent learning about your hand. This deck has been well designed to be easily legible, and seems quite functional. Unlike some other gaming decks I have seen, it is easy to tell the pages from the knights. The artwork is simple but attractive, with bold lines and a bright primary color scheme. The cards themselves are fully coated and quite sturdy, entirely appropriate for everyday use in gameplay. Despite these relatively modern features, the deck still has a great deal of old world charm.
